Transfer complete
In light of the release of the Tully Heard report, Vincentia Matters wrote to Shoalhaven Council requesting that the transfer of the paper roads within Vincentia Country Club be deferred. We received a reply indicating that the transfer was finalised on 23 November 2023.
We await answers regarding the valuation and price paid by the Country Club.
